May 10 Short Sands Perfection

Surfed Shorties today, it was absolute perfection. Small, perfectly shaped waves, some wind to keep things moving, and just enough people out in the water to keep it lively. Perfect, perfect longboarding day- it was AWESOME!

The waves had about 2-3 foot faces and some workable fronts for a few tricks. I got in lots of rail grabs, some switch stancing, even screwed around with tail and fin first take offs which are totally fun. Haven't got that trick nailed yet, but I'm working on it!
